This work is personal to me. I know what it’s like to build from the ground up. I’ve seen what happens when people have ambition but lack access to trusted, experienced advisors who can show them how to protect what they’ve earned and pass it on the right way. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping others build strong foundations, financially, operationally, and generationally.

Before launching my firms, I served in leadership roles at MetroPlus Health Plan, where I directed teams focused on marketing and member retention. I led initiatives that significantly improved engagement and expanded the organization’s visibility and market share. These experiences taught me the importance of having the right systems, strategies, and people in place to drive growth with intention.
